The Drifter

9th July 2019The night before portfolio day. My last SCAB. And I don’t know what to write about. Should I write about how my life has changed since 1 year ago? Predictable. Should I write about how I feel about portfolio day tomorrow? I don’t feel ready. Too short. Maybe should I write about all what I’ve learned at SCA (outside of advertising)? I’ve tried this one but I’ve realized my life has been mostly SCA for one year. Sad really. Or should I just write a SCAB saying thanks to many people? Being grateful is great yes,it could work, but maybe too emotional for the moment. What should I write about then? Maybe should I write about why I don’t have a home now and how’s living in houses of people from SCA? People like a bit of drama and tension. It could be. But maybe too personal. Maybe it should be about my regrets of what I have not done at school? Or regrets of things I’ve done? Yup, not very excited about this one. Digging too much. So, where is the perfect big idea incredible story? I don't have the perfect story for my last SCAB however, I’d like to end it sharing a song I really love which reflects much better than me how excited I am not just for tomorrow, but for every day. It is called “The Drifter” by Harpers Bizarre and it was released on September 1968. Enjoy.
