How To Survive An Underwater Blowie

At the beginning of the course, I imagined myself as a happy little plant with a spring in my step. SCA, therefore, was the garden for me to grow in. That was the idea.

But really, the SCA is like giving an underwater blowjob for 10 months straight. Balls deep in white water rapids.  Water gushing into your eyes, washing away the tears as fast as you're making them. Gasping for one single gulp of fucking air.

It's a wild ride.

So, what do you do to survive?

Listen to the mentors because the best blowies have technique.
Have patience because the best blowies aren't rushed.
Find your groove because the best blowies have rhythm.
Make loads of stuff because the best blowies involve hands.
Find your people because the best blowies have passion.
Find your people because the best blowies pleasure you both.
Find your voice because the best blowies have style.
And above all, believe in yourself because the best blowies come from the heart.
Oh and it's obvious when you've had fun making something.

I'm getting to the meat of the matter now.

Having fun, bitchhh.

Cos you can't deep throat the course the entire time expecting to make good stuff. But that's what's been the hardest thing about this course. Trying to enjoy the process and not just feeling happy when you've done something. It's about the blowie, and not just the job at the end. (Please forgive me rinsing this metaphor.)

And yeah, some people are clearly able to go harder for longer. They're hardcore. That's fine. Everyone has their own threshold.

I'm just grateful that I finally feel like I've found a groove. I still get bricked up in a little panic here and there.

But I'm strong, holding my breath for so long, performing this underwater BJ extravaganza called SCA.
