With that technique it is important to have some time on your hand and not get distracted or otherwise occupied. Make sure you devote a couple of hours solely to this one technique. It is all about firing out as many ideas as possible, you can write them on a paper, or into a document on your computer, or in one of these horribly expensive moleskins.I’d advise buying a stack of A4 paper, as this offers the great possibility to do drawing next to your ideas.The technique never lets you rest or allows you to reflect on your ideas, that can come at a later stage. It is all about getting down as many diverse thoughts as possible in the amount of time you set yourself. With that technique you can allow yourself a maximum of freedom, while it pushes yourself to the limits and prevents the word CANNOT to enter the realms of your mind.
