Decisions

We've always been told at SCA to pick the agencies we want to work at as soon as possible. To find those people who we'd love to learn from. And search for the work that moves us. SCA does the second very well. You'll be hard pushed not to find one inspirational person a week. Someone who you'd love to learn from. But would they be teaching you the right thing? Would they helping you get one step closer to where you want to be? SCA can't teach you this. At the start you'll believe it can — so many opportunities and experiences, surely it will just fall into place? For some, it has. But for others, it hasn't.For those still searching, me included, here's some advice that has really sat well with me: 'Don't ever settle for what you think you should do. The easy route. The safer route. The 'that's a great choice' route.Look into yourself, no one else and ask what you really like. What you really enjoy'It's a proper small question, with some massive answers.
