How to Give Better Creative Feedback
Four sessions. Real briefs. Real creatives. Real feedback that actually lands.
Marc is a true visionary, always ahead of the times and always approaching any challenge or opportunity from the widest perspective. Marc pushes you and most importantly the depth and ambition of your thinking.

Four sessions. Real briefs. Real creatives. Real feedback that actually lands.
This four-part workshop series, led by SCA Dean Marc Lewis, is built for leaders who want to write sharper briefs, give stronger feedback, and actually see their guidance turn into better work.
And unlike the usual “leadership training” where you pretend to give feedback to a fictional intern named Chloe, this one drops you straight into the SCA studio.
You’ll write a real brief. Our students will create real work from it. You’ll give them feedback.
They’ll give you feedback on your feedback.
You’ll leave slightly humbled and a lot more skilful.
How the sessions run
Each episode features lots of different tried and tested creative techniques with set assessments to test your knowledge along the way.
Episodes will be unlocked once those assessments are completed. The course has been designed this way to ensure you receive the best learnings and outcomes while we’re on this journey.
Learn to write briefs with bite and clarity using Get/Who/To/Buy, explore a curated library of brilliant briefs, and create your own for the students to work on.
Build the foundations of great feedback using:
• Notice–Wish–Wonder – the School’s model for better feedback
• SUCCES from Chip & Dan Heath’s Made to Stick
These frameworks give you structured, motivating language for early-stage conversations.

Words from our students
Don't just take our word. Read statements directly from students that have been a part of SCA and thrived on their journeys.

By investing in your own learning and development or those of your teams, you're not only helping your teams but also also helping to change lives. Profits from all courses will contribute towards our diversity scholarship programme for candidates from low-income and underrepresented backgrounds in our industry.
