I tried Yoga for the first time. Loved it. Miss it. Namaste.

On Friday, asked each member of COUP to give me a word, from which I’d write a poem for my SCAB. Most of the words are probably  too explicit for Marc to publish so I’ll recite it at Town Hall on Monday instead.

Share your experiences more Matthew, they seem to connect with people.

The studio we (COUP) have refurbished looks SICK! Proud of the Team.

Energy is contagious – if it’s positive and you feel it, pass it on so everyone else can too.

0-0   “Fugay-zee, Fugazee. A whoosie, a whazi” – Good film…don’t know why it took me so long to watch it. Cheers Ian.

I don’t like doing things that seem forced but I’m faithful that there’s a greater lesson to come from them.

Must gym more to get rid of grand-dad knees.

Hotline Bling: made me laugh because of the funny Dad-dancing. Made me sad because my hotline’s no longer blinging.

Must remember Structure. Organisation is so Damn important.

Took time to read a book that isn’t advertising related (‘Things fall apart’ by Chinua Achebe). Have now been given a lot of Advertising reading left to do and not a lot of time to do it in.

Not sure if people in Brixton are begging for cash to buy drugs, or to buy Morley’s BBQ hotwings. (Well don’t Matthew for resisting the urge this week.)
