Yup, Nick pretty much summed up what we were all thinking earlier today, after watching ‘Coup d’état.’
It’s a great idea executed well.
Like all great ideas it’s simple, which makes it seem that much more annoying that you didn’t think of it or come up with better.
While I’m happy now I’m not ashamed to admit that I wasn’t this morning.
Since a young age I’ve been competitive. Football, Xbox, tennis you name it. I want to win. This is probably one of the reasons I like advertising.
People deal with losing in different ways.
Anger, rage, frustration etc. I’m normally a mix of all three.
As you can imagine I’m not the best person to be around in this state.
Some people may brand me as a ‘bad loser.’
I don’t think that’s nesserily bad thing though. I mean if you’re a ‘good loser’ that means you’re good at losing right? Who wants that?
As long as you are not just being bitter and spiting your competition I think it’s important to harvest these emotions. To really feel the burn so that next time you make sure you push that much harder, think a little smarter and be braver.
If you do, then you might just be the next b******.
Everyone wants to be the b******.
